Moving the Pacific Fleet to the Inseanq software platform has consolidated our workspace and made a single place to collect our data. We had been using a number of tools to collect, collate and store data which was very ‘manual’ and time consuming. Now with the database update we can collect our customers information for future trips streamlining the trip preparation process. So much more efficient!
My perspective is primarily Guest Data and it has been an amazing time saver to be able to send a secure link to each guest so they can complete their guest profile and upload documents required for their trip. This replaced having each piece of documentation and information emailed and then manually moved to a spreadsheet or drive. In addition to being faster it is also much more accurate and less prone to human error.
Creating manifests has been made so much faster, easier and accurate as they can be downloaded directly from Inseanq and manipulated as needed for each purpose. Inseanq has been able to organize the manifest output to mirror the needs of our crew so when these manifests are downloaded they already have the needed info for each specific part of our operations team.
The Inseanq team has been very responsive and cooperative in making updates as we have moved through the process of getting up and running and using the software. The tech support is excellent and the Inseanq team responds quickly and efficiently.
