Scope

In this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” refers to any data that relates to an identified or identifiable individual, including but not limited to names and email addresses. This policy applies to Personal Information collected and processed by Inseanq during our business activities, including through the Site and the Inseanq platform. Additionally, this policy describes the choices you have regarding our use of your Personal Information, including how to access, update, or request deletion of that information. Information collected through the Services will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the services our clients engage us for. This Privacy Policy aims to comply with privacy regulations globally, including those in North America, Europe, APAC, and other regions.

Note: This Privacy Policy does not govern the personal information that our customers process using Inseanq’s products and services (“Customer Data”). The collection and use of Customer Data are governed by our customers' privacy policies. Our processing of Customer Data is guided by agreements in place with our customers. Types of Information We Collect and How We Use It

Information Provided by Customers

When you create an account, use our Services, respond to surveys, request information, or contact us directly, you may be asked to provide the following types of information:

  • Account Information: When registering for our Services, we collect your full name, company or organization name, email address, and the password you create. For paid plans, we may also collect credit card information, which is processed by a third-party intermediary compliant with PCI-DSS standards. This intermediary does not store or use your billing information beyond processing your payment.
  • Communications: If you contact us for inquiries, customer service, technical support, or other information, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address.
  • Surveys: We may invite you to participate in online surveys, which may request Personal Information.

Information Provided by Guests

When you create Guest account, request information, or contact us directly, you may be asked to provide the following types of information:

  • Account Information: You may be asked to create a Guest account to provide the personal information required by the Customer to deliver their services. When registering, we collect your full name, email address, and the password you create. Inseanq provides customer relationship management services to its customers and processes information under their direction. We do not have a direct relationship with individuals whose Personal Information we process.
  • Communications If you contact us for inquiries, customer service, technical support, or other information, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address.

Automatic Data Collection

Like many websites and applications, we automatically gather certain information that we store in log files. This may include IP addresses, browser types, internet service providers, referring/exit pages, operating systems, date/time stamps, clickstream data, mobile device identifiers, and advertising identifiers. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, administer the Site, track user movements, and gather demographic data about our user base as a whole. We do not link this automatically collected data to Personal Information.

Information Related to Customer Data

Inseanq provides customer relationship management services to its clients and processes information under their direction. We do not have a direct relationship with individuals whose Personal Information we process.

How Inseanq Shares the Information We Collect

Inseanq does not sell or otherwise disclose your Personal Information, except as outlined in this Privacy Policy or with your explicit consent. We may share your information as follows:

  • Vendors and Service Providers: We may share Personal Information with vendors and service providers only as necessary to deliver our Services. This includes service providers for: (i) IT and related services; (ii) fulfilling requests for information and services; (iii) payment processing; (iv) customer service activities; and (v) operating the Site. In such cases, Inseanq will direct the recipient to use your Personal Information in accordance with the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of collection.
  • Privacy Shield: Regarding transfers to third parties that process Personal Information under our direction, Inseanq remains liable for ensuring that such parties comply with the Privacy Shield Principles.

Data Transfers

We may store all Personal Information we collect anywhere in the world, which may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. We strive to protect your information in accordance with applicable laws.

Data Retention

Inseanq will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services. We will also retain personal data processed on behalf of our customers for as long as necessary to deliver services to them. Additionally, we will keep your information as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

How to Opt-Out

  • Email and Telephone Communications: If you receive unwanted emails from us, you can use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email to opt out of future communications. We will process your request promptly. You will still receive transaction-related emails and administrative communications, such as updates to the Terms or this Privacy Policy.
  • Do Not Track: Do Not Track (DNT) is a privacy preference set in some web browsers to inform websites that users do not want certain information about their online visits collected over time. Please note that we do not respond to DNT signals or similar mechanisms.

Rights of Access, Rectification, Erasure, and Restriction

  • Customers: You own and retain all rights to Customer Data. You grant permission and a fully paid-up, royalty free, worldwide and non-exclusive license to us to use Customer Data during the Subscription Term only as necessary to fulfill the service. The Processor shall promptly delete, and ensure the deletion of, all copies of the Customer Data within thirty (30) days following the termination of the Agreement.
  • Guests: If you wish to access, correct, amend, or delete data associated with your Guest account, including and limited to your full name, email address, and password, please direct your request to Inseanq.
  • Data Controlled by Customers: We process information at the direction of our customers. If you seek access to, or wish to correct, amend, or delete data processed by Inseanq for a customer, please direct your request to that customer (the data controller).

Protection of Information

We prioritize the security of your Personal Information and that of our customers. Inseanq implements reasonable security measures to protect against loss, destruction, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure. Sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, is transmitted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) to help ensure its safety. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Links to Third-Party Sites
